You can really tell she knows her stuff, she took time to understand my training, my sport, and what my body actually needed instead of just doing a generic massage. Her technique was both effective and thoughtful, targeting tight areas while still keeping the session comfortable. I left feeling much lighter, more mobile, and well taken care of.
